Metcash is seeking a Head of Payroll to shape the enterprise-wide payroll strategy and operating model for a large workforce. You will drive governance, transformation and compliance, ensuring payroll is accurate, scalable and fit for growth across the organisation.
You’ll lead a high-performing payroll and time & attendance team, partner with senior stakeholders, and oversee system optimisation, risk management and reporting while enabling M&A; initiatives from a payroll perspective.
