What You’ll Do

We are hiring multiple Industrial Relations roles to join our People team and drive our strategic, group‑wide IR transformation, shifting our approach from reactive to proactive, with a focus on building organisational leadership capability.

Role

- Lead the development and delivery of Group IR initiatives in an operationally diverse environment, while contributing to broader organisational strategy and workforce outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leadership, guiding workforce strategy, organisational transformation, and performance efficiency.
- Build relationships with peers, leaders, industry groups and other external stakeholders to influence IR outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

- Industrial Relations expertise in complex and unionised organisations undergoing change and transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking capability and ability to balance legal, operational and business considerations.
- Proven ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders, including People Leaders, Business Leaders, Legal Team and Unions.
- An understanding of relevant Australian employment legislation and experience in employment law or industrial relations,



including managing disputes with the Fair Work Commission.
- Experience as a private practice or in‑house lawyer is advantageous but not essential.
