About the Role

As a Senior BI Engineer, you will play a critical role in migrating and modernizing existing reporting and analytics platforms into cloud‑ready BI ecosystems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to design, build, and optimize high‑performing reporting solutions that enable better decision‑making and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the migration of legacy BI and reporting platforms to modern cloud‑based analytics environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Tableau Cloud and Power BI.
- Develop automated data preparation and transformation workflows using Alteryx.
- Create robust data models and semantic layers to support enterprise reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are embedded across reporting platforms.
- Support analytics modernization initiatives and drive continuous improvement across BI capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with Tableau Cloud and enterprise dashboard development
- Hands‑on expertise in Power BI




- Advanced knowledge of Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning experience
- Proven experience designing and supporting ETL processes
- Experience with BI platform migration and analytics modernization projects
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, reporting, and visualization best practices
