This role plays a critical role in bridging business needs, people processes, and technology solutions across the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for analysing, documenting, improving, and optimising HR processes while ensuring HR technology solutions effectively support business objectives and employee experiences.

Your Role with Metcash

- Operating within a Business Capability Management (BCM) framework
- Partner with People & Culture leaders and business stakeholders to define and shape capability outcomes
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across workforce, talent, employee lifecycle and HRIS initiatives
- Translate business needs into transparent, prioritised, and traceable requirements
- Facilitate workshops to define processes, requirements,



and solution designs
- Develop and document current and future state processes, user stories, and business rules
- Ensure solutions align with business strategy, capability intent, and expected outcomes
- Support business readiness and adoption by translating solutions into clear business impacts

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience (6+ years) in business analysis within complex, enterprise environments
- Strong experience delivering HR, HRIS, or cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience working within Business Capability Management frameworks
- Signavio or similar process modelling tools experience
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape clear problem definitions and solutions
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
