IFYS is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee Non-Family Based Care programs across Ipswich and Toowoomba, leading a team of five Case Managers and ensuring high standards of service delivery and practice.

You will drive strategic planning, budget oversight, and stakeholder partnerships, while maintaining a governance-focused approach and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally secure practice. Applicants with senior management experience in child protection are encouraged to apply.
