Halter in Queensland is expanding its regional sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, build relationships with farmers, and promote Halter's cattle grazing technology.
You will set quotas, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure post-sale success. A solid field sales background and experience in agriculture are valued; a university degree is a plus.
