Key Responsibilities
Confined Space Rescue Personnel
Provide safe and effective rescue support for confined space activities
Conduct rescue operations in accordance with site safety procedures
Assist with confined space entry requirements and emergency response
Ensure all rescue equipment is maintained and used correctly

Scaffolders
Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely
Inspect scaffolding equipment and ensure compliance with safety requirements
Work effectively within a team setting while following site procedures

Painter Blasters
Perform abrasive blasting and industrial painting activities
Prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings
Operate blasting and painting equipment safely




Maintain quality standards and follow project specifications

Sheet Metal Fabricators
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components and structures
Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Use fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform cutting, bending, shaping, and finishing of metal materials
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements
Relevant qualifications, licences, and tickets for your trade
Construction White Card
Working at Heights certification
Confined Space certification (where required)
Previous industrial experience preferred
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
