To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Waste Collection Officer to join our team.

The Role:

Seeking a dependable team member to manage waste services across our properties. The role requires a solid work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to follow schedules while working independently.

Responsibilities:
Put bins out for scheduled council collections and return them after collection
Remove excess waste from properties and keep common areas tidy
Pressure clean bin areas to maintain hygiene standards




Monitor and report any damage, hazards, or operational issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures

Qualifications:
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Solid attention to cleanliness and safety
Must know how to navigate maps/GPS to follow collection schedules
Valid driver’s license is mandatory
Experience in waste management or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
