Holds a current full real estate licenece
Has demonstrated experience across primarily property sales and agency operations
Is commercially minded, performance-focused and motivated to grow an already flourishing business
Shares our passion for creating positive social impact through real estate

As Principal, you will:
Lead overall business operations, supervising property management staff and ensuring compliance and trust account obligations are met




Prospect for recent business and generate listings
Actively manage key client relationships
Drive sustainable growth across sales and property management
