People & Culture Administrator

Why this role?
This is a great chance for an organised People & Culture (P&C;) Administrator to play an significant role in supporting the P&C; team in day to day delivery of people operations across the full employee lifecycle. You'll support onboarding, employment changes, employee records, reporting and general administration and ensure our systems and processes run smoothly.

What you'll do?
Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, probation and offboarding administration
Prepare employment contracts, letters and people-related correspondence
Maintaining P&C; systems/HRIS to ensure data integrity
Maintain accurate employee records
Support reporting, compliance and general administration
Provide administration support to the EGM People & Culture, Business Partners and Recruitment

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:




Demonstrated experience in HR/P&C; Administration
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Robust organisational, time-management and follow through
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships
Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Nice to have
Knowledge of employment legislation or modern awards would be advantageous
A passion for powersports is welcome, but not essential
