Hair and Beauty Company are looking for an experienced and exceptional Operations Co-Ordinator to join our growing team on a full time basis at our Head Office in Sydney, reporting directly to the CEO.

As a fast-growing brand with a presence in Europe and Australia, we're looking for a energetic Operations Co-Ordinator to help support our continued global expansion.
. Your Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, and execute daily operational and workflow activities
Support and align office staff with strategic business goals
Generate detailed and accurate reports on operational performance
Maintain and manage workplace documentation in line with legal and industry best practices
Continuously review and improve systems, processes,
and documentation
Manage external communication and technology support for all third-party services
See tasks through to completion with solid attention to detail and follow-up
Set and uphold high professional standards across all areas of the business.
What We’re Looking ForEssential:Desirable:
Bachelor of Business or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operations, project, or office management role
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Netsuite ERP (or relevant system experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a beauty, fashion, or consumer product environment
Pay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
