Leased & Sold Estate Agents is a growing, modern and highly respected agency seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager / Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team.

This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate whilst working closely alongside the Director and gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of property management.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, confident communicating with people and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine inspections
Following up rental arrears
Assisting with maintenance coordination
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries
Following up Google reviews and client feedback
Assisting the Director with day-to-day tasks and administration
Liaising with renters, rental providers and tradespeople
General property management support and office administration

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Property Services (required)
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Skilled presentation and attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
High attention to detail
A positive and team-focused mindset
Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
