The Role

This prospect is for an experienced tax Director looking to step up to equity ownership in the medium term. One partner is looking to retire in the medium term so a very valuable prospect presents itself in a firm that sets it's people up to succeed. Servicing the firm’s rapidly growing and successful clients by providing commercial advice in conjunction with the normal compliance issues, you will be a driven self-starter who wants a challenge.

The Firm

Our client is a unique large 2nd Tier practice, lead by entrepreneurial partners who have achieved and who continue to achieve substantial growth. It is a very exciting time for this firm across the board but the corporate tax division in particular is thriving and poised for expansion.



In line with their pro‑active growth strategy they seek a corporate tax director to bolster the division as one Partner retires over the next few years.

The Person

Naturally, a position at this level will require a CA qualification / maybe a Masters of Law combined with substantial public practice accounting firm experience in either 'Big 4' or other '2nd Tier' tax environments. It will appeal to someone who is commercially focused, with superior communication, leadership and business development skills. You will be a positive minded person whose focus is providing value added advice to clients.
