Unify Recruitment are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to a highly respected top tier contractor to deliver a high-value infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role on complex works with a Tier 2 contractor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in project delivery, coordination and stakeholder management.

About the Role:
Lead day-to-day engineering and site operations across utilities or TfNSW infrastructure projects.
Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality and program milestones are achieved.
Provide technical input, resolve engineering challenges and drive project efficiencies.
Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure project budgets and timelines are maintained.
Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company systems.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

About You
Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).




Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in civil engineering.
Proven track record delivering utilities or TfNSW projects (roads, bridges, water, or major civil works).
Experience working with Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractors highly regarded.
Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
Ability to balance technical detail with commercial outcomes.
