Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter & Store person to join a well-established business supporting the construction, earthmoving and industrial equipment sectors.

This position offers a great mix of parts interpretation, inventory management, warehouse operations and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a close-knit team.

Your current role
Interpret parts requirements for customers, technicians and service teams
Process parts orders, quotes and enquiries via phone, email and in person
Source and identify parts using catalogues and OEM systems
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Receive, unload and put away stock deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts
Assist with warehouse organisation and presentation
Support workshop and field service teams with parts requirements

About you




Previous experience in Parts Interpreting, Spare Parts, Stores or Warehousing
Experience within construction equipment, earthmoving, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery or industrial equipment is highly regarded
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer literacy and experience with inventory systems
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
Reliable, organised and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Desirable Experience
Heavy equipment or machinery parts knowledge
Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
Experience using parts catalogues and ERP systems
Current driving licence
