Buildcorp is seeking an experienced Estimator/Cost Planner to deliver accurate project budgets for large, complex tenders in Sydney. You will prepare initial cost plans, ensure pricing reflects safety standards, sustainability, and FSC/government requirements, and provide detailed cost breakdowns for bids.

You will manage price risks, coordinate with subcontractors, use Buildsoft/CostX, and mentor junior estimators. A robust network of trades and a proactive bidding mindset are essential.
