We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to support our growing operations and provide trusted guidance across all people‑related matters.

This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar Senior HR Advisory position, with strong capability across employee and industrial relations, payroll compliance, and leadership coaching. You will thrive in a rapid‑paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in closing out matters thoroughly and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee & Industrial Relations - Provide expert advice and support on ER/IR matters
Case management - Lead investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes
Legislative compliance - Ensure adherence to employment legislation and payroll obligations
Leadership coaching - Build capability and confidence across our leadership team
Continuous improvement - Identify and implement enhancements to HR processes and practices
HR initiatives - Contribute to broader people‑focused projects and organisational priorities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING




Minimum five years’ experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
Award interpretation
Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide, support and influence
Proven experience in payroll compliance and interpretation
Confident managing complex and sensitive matters with professionalism
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to seeing matters through to resolution
Proactive, improvement‑focused mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to prioritise effectively and perform in a quick‑paced operational setting
