Colourwise Nursery is a leading wholesale production nursery, located at Peats Ridge, Central Coast, NSW.
We are currently looking for experienced, enthusiastic people who have a passion for Horticulture and can work in a fast paced, team environment.
These positions are within our Propagation, Despatch and Production Teams and require the individuals to help prepare, maintain and/or despatch plants across our broad customer base.
It is expected the candidates have the ability to motivate and help a team of experienced nursery staff to produce and/or despatch premium quality plants and maintain current best nursery practices.
Successful applicants will possess the following attributes
Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable, Punctual, Polite with Good Presentation
The ability to learn and follow directions
The ability to work in a team based workplace
Excellent work ethic and highly motivated with the ability to think for themselves.
Physically fit and healthy,
prepared to be hands-on
Own transport and current drivers licence are essential
HR/MR truck Licence ( highly desirable )
Additional skills which are taken into consideration, however not essential
Horticultural or industry experience preferred but not essential
Current forklift licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Chemcert certified
Preference will be given to those who have worked successfully in a team workplace and possess the afore mentioned skills
An attractive remuneration will be negotiated according to experience.
