HTN - Hospitality Training Network in Milperra is seeking a motivated Butchery Apprentice to join Whole Farms Market. This role offers full time wages while you learn and work toward a nationally recognised Certificate III in Meat Processing.
You will train with experienced butchers, learn cutting, trimming, and meat handling, and gain hands-on experience across tasks from customer service to preparing meat products, with mentoring and support throughout the program.
