Happy Healthy Care in Canning Vale is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker trained in PEG feeding and epilepsy management to join our dedicated team. You will provide daily living support, personal care, and community access while following individual health plans and documenting progress accurately.

Applicants must hold current NDIS Worker Screening, Police Clearance, First Aid/CPR, PEG feeding and epilepsy training, and a valid driver’s licence with insured vehicle.
