The Karalee on Preston is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our busy restaurant and pub team. You will drive excellent guest service, supervise front-of-house operations, and mentor staff to deliver memorable experiences across lunch and dinner service.

We require at least 2 years in a rapid-paced venue, a current RSA and Approved Manager’s Card (or willingness to obtain), and a charismatic, motivated approach to teamwork and upselling.
