The Portfolio Manager,



Case Management will lead and coach a small team of case management specialists, setting the standard for high quality, consistent and compliant case management across a designated portfolio within the Qantas Group. This portfolio includes Jetstar, QantasLink, Engineering, Freight, Network Aviation and Qantas Ground Services (QGS). You will deliver expert advice on complex and sensitive people matters, including misconduct investigations, grievances, performance management and whistleblower cases.

This role will personally manage the highest‑risk and most sensitive cases, driving high‑quality, consistent and compliant case management.
