About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our new Frankston store, opening in November! In this leadership support role, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store’s success. and high-performing environment for your team and customers What you Bring 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a rapid-paced big box retail workplace

Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics

Passion for people development and a proven record of team success A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point
