HomeMade is seeking a permanent full time Collections Specialist to join our Customer Collections team. You will manage outstanding balances, including co-contributions and overspends, while maintaining positive relationships through empathetic communication.

Reconciliation, billing investigation, and timely fund collection are core responsibilities. You will work with the Support Partners and Service & Support teams to resolve inquiries, support continuous improvement, and meet KPIs.
