Senior Manager Third Party Partner Governance | All locations

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Third Party Partner Governance within the Consumer Banking Division. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding business while enabling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Managing Third Party Banking's material service providers and assurance programs.
Designing, embedding and maintaining robust governance frameworks for third parties, defining transparent decision, escalation, and reporting paths.
Leading and executing compliance and assurance programs across all third parties.
Providing high‑impact operational support and thought leadership directly to the General Manager, ensuring the business consistently delivers all internal, external, and contractual requirements at a high standard.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders at both strategic and tactical levels.

What you'll bring to the role
A proven experience in senior management roles within Banking or Financial Services, specifically in governance or assurance program management.
In‑depth knowledge of APRA regulatory standards (including CPS230), operational resilience principles, and governance frameworks.




Exceptional relationship‑building, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the proven ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
A strategic mindset that expertly balances risk oversight with commercial business enablement.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or another relevant discipline.
