About the Role

As General Manager / Managing Director, you will be the senior operational and strategic leader of the agency, guiding the organisation as it scales, evolves and strengthens its position as a premium specialist communications firm.

Reporting to the Director, this role oversees company vision, commercial growth, operational excellence, team leadership and client service quality.



It is a highly autonomous position requiring strong business and financial acumen, exceptional people leadership and a holistic understanding of integrated communications.

Company Leadership & Operations
Drive business strategy, organisational structure and ongoing growth initiatives
Oversee commercial performance, P&L;, forecasting and profitability
Review and refine operational systems, processes and business efficiencies
Lead strategic planning sessions and monthly leadership meetings
Guide resourcing, workflow, capacity planning and divisional performance
Ensure sustainable growth across revenue streams and emerging service verticals
