Marsh is seeking a Senior Claims Advisor to join our Claims Operations team in Perth. This hybrid role requires you to work in the office at least three days a week and to manage complex and escalated claims, assess coverage, and identify affected policies.
You will collaborate with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, accelerate matters when needed, and help maintain high-quality claims outcomes. You will also support audits and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team.
