Excellent Places Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant – Nights to join a dedicated team managing high quality accommodation and services. You will be the first point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries by phone, email or in person, and assisting with occupancy terms while upholding safety and welfare.
You will support safeguarding, maintain building security, conduct health and safety checks, and work with colleagues to ensure clean, protected communal areas.
