ACM Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support residents in an aged care setting. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference and enjoys working as part of a supportive and caring team.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
Duties
Personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and toileting
Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
Assisting with meals and hydration
Providing emotional support and companionship
Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support
Previous experience working in an aged care setting preferred
A caring, patient, and respectful approach
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and various shifts
Med Comp desirable but not essential
