Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting children in their early years? My Kindy is seeking enthusiastic Lead & Assistant Educators to join our dedicated team at My Kindy Varsity Lakes.

What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for working with children
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Strong teamwork, communication, and initiative
Reliability, positivity, and a caring attitude
Demonstrated understanding of child protection legislation and reporting requirements

Your role will include:
Supporting the lead educators in creating safe, fun, and educational experiences
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Assisting in maintaining a secure and welcoming learning setting
Promoting My Kindy's values of care, respect, and learning
