Glencore Australia is seeking an HR Lead on Collinsville Open Cut to drive HR and IR/ER strategies across mine sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager/SSE, you will advise the business and provide general HR governance, coaching frontline leaders and conducting investigations.
You will partner with the HR team to deliver practical HR solutions, support Family Days, and contribute to events and initiatives for local communities. A solid IR/ER track record and hands-on approach are essential.
