Assistant Store Manager – Part‑time

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Knox Performance Concept Store, working fixed weekly hours on selected weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities
Managing, inspiring, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store setting.
Being a role model and leading your team for customer service and meeting/exceeding customers’ expectations.
Guiding and training all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service.
Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.




Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Qualifications
Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently achieving budgeted sales.
Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
