We're seeking experienced Process Design Managers / Business Process Consultants to join a major telecommunications transformation program supporting large‐scale IT and operating‐model change.
This is a hands‐on delivery role for professionals who can take ownership of a workstream, work independently, and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments.
About the role
Redesign end‐to‐end business processes within a large transformation program
Lead fit‐gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change
Translate high‐level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real‐world outcomes
Support either direct transformation delivery or back‐fill operational teams enabling transformation activity
What we're looking for
Strong experience in process redesign / process improvement / operating model transformation
Ability to operate at a Manager level (leading small workstreams independently)
Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
Hands‐on, practical delivery mindset (not purely theoretical)
Highly regarded experience
Telecommunications or large‐scale customer/channel environments (contact centre, retail, digital, sales & service)




Experience using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
Exposure to transformation areas such as:Billing
Identity & access management
Fraud, risk or compliance
Payments, collections or customer hardship
What we don't need
Pure Business Analysts without process redesign experience
Theoretical consultants without practical delivery examples
