About the role
This is an established embedded Talent Acquisition partnership between WorkTrybe and a growing financial services organisation. Working onsite with your client four days a week and from home one day, you'll become a trusted recruitment advisor, partnering with leaders to attract exceptional talent and support business growth. You'll combine hands on recruitment with strategic consulting, using market insights, talent mapping, reporting and workforce planning to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll be doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of specialist roles including Credit, Risk, Finance, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Corporate Services and senior leadership positions.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Develop sourcing strategies through advertising, referrals, talent mapping, talent pooling and proactive headhunting.
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Prepare recruitment reporting, analyse hiring trends and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Lead regular account reviews and identify opportunities to improve recruitment performance.
Use recruitment technology, ATS platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement.
Represent both WorkTrybe and your client with professionalism and integrity.
What you'll bring




Experience working within an embedded RPO, onsite recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialist / Business Partner role.
Financial services, banking, lending or insurance recruitment experience.
Success recruiting professional and specialist corporate roles in a complex environment.
Strong stakeholder and account management skills with the confidence to influence business leaders.
Experience with proactive sourcing, talent mapping and headhunting.
Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn recruitment data into meaningful business insights.
Confidence using recruitment technology, ATS platforms and AI to improve recruitment outcomes. JobAdder experience will be highly regarded.
A commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client and candidate experiences.
