Your role as a Home Lender (internally known as Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

Building robust, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Geraldton Community Bank.
Whatyou'llbring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:
Extensive experience in customer service or sales
High levelof understanding of lending products,policiesand regulations
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
Highly developed credit analysis skills
An understanding of small business offerings
Consumer lending experience – this is essential
