Manage allocated motor claims from assessment through to repair outcomesAssess vehicle damage through virtual assessments and supplier reportsDetermine causation, coverage, damage and appropriate repair methodsReview repair scopes and provide accurate, cost-effective recommendationsPrepare and review damage repair quotes and estimatesBuild strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholdersNegotiate repair scopes, costs and outcomes with repair networksDeliver quality customer and stakeholder outcomes throughout the claims processWhat do you need?
Panel Beating or Automotive Spray Painting qualification, or relevant experiencePrevious experience in motor assessing, repair estimating or a related roleStrong understanding of vehicle damage and repair processesConfident communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong computer literacy and willingness to embrace technologyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commercial decision-making skillsFull working rights in AustraliaWillingness to complete background checks and paid trainingFlexibility to work across Sydney assessment centres when required
