We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of client accounts.
You'll be responsible for ensuring transactional accuracy, supporting compliance processes, and completing ad-hoc tasks as they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial operations across multiple client accounts, including but not limited to accounts receivable/payable, payroll, transaction processing, and reconciliationsLiaise with regulatory bodies such as ASIC and the ATO, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure ongoing complianceImplement and maintain compliance checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial policiesUse Excel and Xero to streamline reporting processes and improve data management efficiencyCommunicate reconciliations and reporting insights clearly to leadership, enabling timely and informed actionIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting workflows.About YouDiploma/Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping,



or a related field (or currently working towards completion), or equivalent experience in an accounting, finance, or bookkeeping role is highly regarded.Knowledge of Excel and Xero or similar accounting software, with preference to XeroHigh attention to detail and a solid sense of accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude and confidence in liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.What We Offer- Office close to the train station- Collaborative team – everyone is willing to help!
