This role plays a key part in the day‐to‐day operations of the venue, working closely with the Venue Manager to lead the team, maintain strong operational standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy pub environment and enjoys leading from the front.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering sensational hospitality and memorable guest experiencesSupporting the Venue Manager with daily operations and service deliveryDemonstrating strong knowledge of Gaming Operations and complianceLeading, training and developing team members to raise service standardsManaging compliance, stock control,



venue presentation and maintenanceOverseeing rosters in line with business needsImplementing and monitoring operational systems and proceduresRecruiting, onboarding and upskilling team membersWorking closely with senior leaders who share a clear vision and valuesAbout YouMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality leadership roleA natural leader who leads with respect and integrityStrong operational knowledge of running a busy hotel or pubExperience training, motivating and developing teamsConfident with TAB, wagering and gaming operationsFlexible to work nights, weekends and peak trade periodsPassionate about hospitality and committed to continuous improvementValues teamwork and believes we achieve more better togetherCurrent RSA, RCG and ARCG competency cardsStrong understanding of compliance and operational standardsAbility to maintain policies, procedures and service expectationsWhy Work With Sonnel?
