Your Key Responsibilities will include;Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers on their employment journeyActively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers and jobseekersSeeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and trainingAchieve agreed objectives and targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour marketCriteria for SuccessCustomer service skills and/or experienceExceptional communication skillsA high level of computer literacyDriven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targetsA current Drivers licence and willing to travel between Miami, Palm Beach and Tweed Heads.A recent, clear National Police CheckA current Working With Children Check and QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtainWhy work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
