Role ResponsibilitiesManage your own domestic portfolioHandle new business enquiriesPlace risks with insurers both online and open marketService client's enquiries and administrating policy documentation.About YouExcellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Proven experience in insurance broking,
with a robust understanding of the insurance industry and products.Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite.A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking (Tier 1 highly regarded)Why Work With UsQIB Group is a leading insurance broking network across Australia.
