This full time role will see you providing invaluable support to our team of personal injury lawyers, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our personal injury cases.

Your application will not be considered.About the roleYou will manage day-to-day personal injury matters, including:Drafting correspondence, statements, chronologies and other legal documentsLiaising with clients, medical professionals, insurers, courts and other external partiesAssisting lawyers with the day-to-day management of personal injury claimsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, records and case-management systemsRequesting, reviewing and organising medical records, reports and supporting evidenceAssisting with the preparation of briefs, settlement documents and hearing materialsScheduling appointments,



managing deadlines and coordinating calendarsReviewing evidence and developing your ability to assess claim viabilityProviding compassionate and professional support to clients throughout the claims processContributing to the ongoing success and growth of the Personal Injury teamPerforming other administrative and legal-support duties as requiredAbout youThe ideal candidate will have:At least one year of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or in a similar legal-support role, particularly in personal injuryA genuine interest in building a long-term career as a paralegalStrong drafting, research and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet important deadlinesConfidence communicating with clients, medical providers, insurers and other stakeholdersThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple matters and meet deadlinesExperience using LEAPA professional, friendly and client-focused approachWhat we offerAt Trump Lawyers, we value long-term team members and aim to provide a positive and enjoyable workplace.
