We are seeking a Lead Property Lawyer to join and lead our conveyancing and property team based in Warners Bay, with the flexibility to work from home each week.In this role, you will lead a capable and team-oriented team comprising:A Senior Licensed Conveyancer managing her own mattersA Licensed Conveyancer managing her own mattersDedicated support staffYou will play a key leadership role while also managing your own files, particularly complex matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload, including complex property matters such as option agreements and commercial/industrial conveyancingProvide guidance and mentorship to conveyancers, assisting with complex issues as they ariseWork closely with the Director and stakeholders, who will support and mentor you in the role.In addition, you will ideally have:3-7 years' post-admission experience (we welcome more experienced candidates)Strong experience in property law, including residential, commercial and industrial matters.The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.Excellent communication and drafting skills.
