The role requires a hands-on leadership approach and active involvement in branch operations, project delivery, employee development, and client engagement.The Operations Manager (NSW) will to drive operational excellence, business growth, client satisfaction compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.This hands-on leadership role suits someone with strong experience in remedial construction, waterproofing and concrete repair who can confidently manage a team, coordinate site activities and maintain positive client relationships.About the roleReporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:Supervising multiple remedial construction sitesLeading and supporting a small team of technicians and subcontractorsCoordinating labour, materials, equipment and daily site activitiesUsing Simpro to manage jobs, scheduling, documentation and project updatesMonitoring project programmes, quality standards and site safetyEnsuring work is completed safely,



efficiently and to specificationManaging site documentation, progress updates and reportingLiaising directly with clients, builders, consultants and other stakeholdersIdentifying site issues and implementing practical solutionsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in remedial construction projectsHands-on knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair and remediation worksThe ability to manage a team and oversee multiple sitesStrong knowledge of project programming, quality requirements and WHSConfidence communicating directly with clients and buildersStrong planning, organisation and problem-solving skillsA current Australian driver's licenceA valid Construction White CardRelevant trade qualifications, supervisory experience and a Construction Management Degree or similar.Previous Simpro experience is desirable but not essentialWhat we offerCompetitive salary package based on experience - Up to $135,000 Base + Super.Car allowance -$15,000Company provided - Phone & LaptopFull-time, ongoing employmentA professional and growing team environmentAbout WS Remedial GroupWS Remedial Group delivers specialist remedial construction, waterproofing and concrete repair services across Current South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory .
