You'll be:Managing your own portfolio of buildingsBuilding strong, trusted relationships with owners, committees, and contractorsCoordinating and attending meetings (AGMs, committee meetings), including agendas and minutesArranging and overseeing quotes, works,



and maintenanceEnsuring compliance with by-laws and current legislationChairing meetings and guiding committees with confidenceDelivering a high level of service (we're big on the "wow" moments)Supporting and collaborating across the wider teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're less about ticking boxes and more about finding the right person — but ideally, you'll bring:Experience in strata management (or ready to step up into the role)Robust knowledge of current strata legislationA proactive, organised approach to your workThe ability to manage your time and priorities independentlyA genuine service mindsetAttention to detail and follow-throughA sense of humour — we like people who enjoy coming to workWhat You'll Get in ReturnWe know great people do their best work in the right environment.
