Baptist Care NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Policy Harmonisation Specialist to support the review, development and harmonisation of policies, procedures and work instructions across the organisation. The role is a 3-month max term, full-time, with versatile hybrid arrangements based at Norwest (NSW) or Camberwell (VIC).
You will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear documentation, engage stakeholders and help build a harmonised suite of housing policies and supporting resources.
