Remuneration: $2,458.90 - $2,539.79 per week + 12% Superannuation +

Deliver impactful respiratory care that supports patients across their full healthcare journey.

- Work across inpatient and outpatient settings to provide integrated respiratory care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and carers to develop tailored care plans.
- Support effective discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education to patients, families, and staff to improve health outcomes.
- Act as a key clinical resource within the multidisciplinary team.

- Demonstrated respiratory experience, including chronic conditions such as asthma and COPD.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Experience supporting patients in both hospital and community settings.
- Skilled in care planning and ensuring patient understanding of medications and management.
- Strong communication skills to educate and support patients, families, and colleagues

* Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience working the clinical area of your qualification?
