As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team and drive strong sales performance. You will play an important role in maintaining the premium presentation and service standards expected within a luxury furniture environment.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations
- Leading and motivating the retail team
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Building strong customer relationships
- Supporting visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Assisting with stock and inventory management
- Stepping up to lead the store when required

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail team leader who is confident leading a team and has a strong understanding of premium or luxury customer service.

You will ideally have:

- Previous retail leadership or Assistant Manager experience
- Experience within premium,



luxury or consultative retail
- Strong sales and KPI management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in luxury furniture and interiors

The Details

- Tuesday to Saturday roster
- No late nights
- Full time position
- Luxury furniture environment
