About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining truck driving and labouring duties.
Casual candidates: Labourers who are reliable, physically capable, and willing to work outdoors
For applicants seeking full-time employment, we may initially start you in a casual position while we assess your skills, reliability, and suitability for the role. The right candidate/s will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
You will be responsible for transporting temporary fencing materials to various sites and working alongside our crew to install and dismantle fencing systems.
No two days are the same. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, working as part of a team, and is comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start checks and maintain truck cleanliness
- Safely transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Load and unload temporary fencing materials
- Install and dismantle temporary fencing systems
- Perform general labouring and manual handling duties
- Follow safety procedures and complete work to client requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised yard and work setting
- Represent Mob Contracting professionally when working on client sites
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
For Full-Time Truck Driver Positions:
- MR Truck Licence
- Forklift Licence
For All Positions:
- White Card
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
