Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

- Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
- Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs
- Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

- Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
