Property Compliance Australia (PCA) is an industry leader in providing smoke alarm compliance services. We service some of the largest and most recognised real estate brands over multiple states and territories.

Due to continuing growth, a new opportunity exists for a licensed electrician to join our Gladstone team on a part time basis (3 days per week) to help check and replace/install smoke alarms and safety switches at residential rental properties.

What you’ll do:

- Test, replace, and maintain smoke alarms to ensure properties meet compliance standards
- Work independently with all jobs scheduled for you
- Deliver exceptional service to property managers and tenants
- Use company-provided tools, vehicle, and technology to complete your work efficiently

About you:

- You mustbe a qualified Electrician and hold a current Electrical Licence
- Well presented in a friendly manner
- Ability to use modern technology
- Ability to climb up and down ladders multiple times a day
- Proven ability to work unsupervised
